As a Production Manager for McAllen Valley Roofing. I make sure that the projects get completed 100% from what was promised to the customers. I have been with MVR for almost five years and throughout I’ve learned so much with this company. As a production manager, I make sure that our employees work in a safe environment and make sure they have all the tools necessary to follow through every project. Production department is where we make the magic happens…. We negotiate prices with our vendors and send specialized employees to every different trade. Our number one priority has always been our customers, to make sure that they are satisfied with the quality of our work. We are different from other companies because we take pride in what we do and we make sure that we take care of our customers as if it were our homes.

I am the Production Manager for McAllen Valley Roofing. I Coordinate Commercial Projects and all Low Slope Roofs and Coordinate Labor Guys Schedules and Hours.
